1. You must be 18 years of age and a Livonia resident to be entered in the giveaway.
2. Winners will be randomly selected once a month.
3. Winners will be required to show picture identification with a Livonia address and pick up the device within 14 days of being notified.
4. There is only one entry per household and you will only have to enter one time to be eligible for all monthly drawings.
