Intelligence Bureau

The Intelligence Bureau is comprised of two teams of officers. One team is responsible for narcotics investigations, while the other team is responsible for major crime investigation and criminal surveillance.

The remaining officers in the Intelligence Bureau are assigned as task force investigators with the Drug Enforcement Administration, United States Marshal’s Service Fugitive Team, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Participation in task force units affords the resources of those agencies to the Livonia Police Department.
