Since October 4 2021, the Livonia Police Department has hired nine police officers and five police service aides. Many of our new officers have prior law enforcement experience. In addition, two Livonia Police service aides, Roxolyana Schmitz and Dylan Naumovski, recently graduated from the Wayne County Police Academy on November 3, 2021, certifying them as police officers. The names of our new police officers are Cody Dalton, William Doster, Joshua Edwards, Jose Gonzalez, Nicholas Grima, Evelyn Koponen, Brandon Marker, Kenneth Montone, and John Sams. Our new police service aides are Ibraheem Al-mukhtar, Michael Molchan, Monica Warra, Scott Smith, and Raymond Kerkhoff. Welcome to the City of Livonia and good luck with your training!
