The Livonia Police Department recognizes the challenges faced by families and friends of persons with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special needs. In an effort to help keep persons with special needs safe, the Livonia Police Department is offering the opportunity for family members to fill out the attached form and turn it in at the front desk of the Police Department. The information requested on the form is designed to assist responding Police and Fire personnel with information that may prove to be beneficial should our services be needed. The information provided will be entered into our dispatch system so that Officers or Fire personnel are aware of the individual and their needs when responding to a residence.
