Thanks to the generosity of many leaders in Livonia, the Livonia First Responder Foundation has been created! The foundation creates a way for our police and firefighters to give back to the Livonia community and support the mission of our police officers and firefighters. In order to establish seed money, police and fire unions made monetary donations and a generous business owner purchased a brand new 2015 Honda V Star motorcycle, which is being raffled to fund the foundation. Only 500 tickets will be sold at $50 apiece. This could make a great Father’s Day gift, while supporting a great cause. Tickets are available at the Livonia Chamber of Commerce (734-427-2122), the Kirksey Recreation Center, Livonia Treasurer’s Office and Livonia PD. If you would like to see the motorcycle in person, stop in to the Rec Center, it will be there all week. Thank you for you continued support!!
